Ordering exhibition print in Japan, step by step

Exhibiting in Japan for the first time? The printing side of your booth is the easiest part to get wrong — and the easiest to get right. All our event printing is ordered and managed in English, from the first message to final delivery at your venue, so you never need to negotiate with a Japanese print shop or navigate venue delivery rules alone.

Start by telling us your event name, venue, booth number, and the materials you need — typically a roll-up banner, a backdrop, flyers, and business cards. We prepare print-ready proofs (free design review included), confirm your artwork, and produce everything to the venue's schedule.

Delivery is arranged to your booth or the venue's loading area, with your booth number on every package. Because we print everything in Japan, there are no customs delays and no need to carry print with you on the plane.

Most products ship in three to five business days from proof approval, with rush 24–48 hour options for banners and business cards. The safest approach for a major event is to order two to three weeks ahead. Can you deliver directly to my booth at Tokyo Big Sight?

Yes. We ship direct to the loading dock or your registered booth address. We've done this many times and know the delivery procedures at Tokyo Big Sight. Share your booth number and event name and we handle the rest.

How fast can you print? My event is next week.

Most products ship in 3-5 business days from proof approval. Rush 24-48 hour options are available for banners and business cards. WhatsApp us with your event date and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

Can you translate my materials into Japanese?

Yes — bilingual design is one of our specialities. We offer translation by native Japanese speakers plus design adapted for Japanese typographic conventions. Available for business cards, leaflets, menus, banners, and more.

I don't have print-ready artwork. Can you help with design?

Absolutely. Send us your logo and brand colours and we create print-ready artwork. Two revision rounds are included. Our designers reply in English and understand exhibition print requirements.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF is preferred for large format. Minimum 150 dpi at final size (300 dpi for banner graphics close-up). Supply with 30mm bleed for banners, 3mm for standard print. Contact us if you are unsure — we check every file before printing.

Do you handle customs if I'm shipping from overseas?

We produce everything in Japan, so there are no customs issues. You order from anywhere in the world, we print locally and deliver to your venue.

What paper sizes are standard in Japan?

Japan uses JIS B series alongside ISO A series. A4 (210×297mm) and A3 (297×420mm) are most common for printed collateral. For large format, B1 (728×1030mm) and B0 (1030×1456mm) are standard poster sizes. We can produce any custom size.
