From January 2026, Print Japan has established working partnerships with two printing facilities in Osaka — extending our production capacity and improving delivery times for clients based in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe.
Why Osaka?
Tokyo has always been our home base. But over the past two years, we have seen a growing number of enquiries from businesses and event organisers in the Kansai region — particularly around INTEX Osaka, where a busy schedule of trade shows runs year-round.
Until now, we handled Kansai orders from our Tokyo network, meaning delivery to Osaka venues sometimes stretched to 3–4 days. With our new Osaka partners, we can deliver to INTEX Osaka and central Osaka addresses in 1–2 business days for most products.
What Changes for Clients
Nothing about the ordering process changes. You still contact us in English via WhatsApp or our quote form. We handle all communication with our production partners in Japanese, on your behalf. Pricing remains the same for standard products.
The main improvement: faster delivery for clients in Osaka, Kyoto, and surrounding areas.
